The Age of Contentment

As I get older, I need to reach an inner space of contentment between the dark and light of life. Though it can be difficult to always retain this peace of mind, reflecting on and painting the life cycle of nature brings me greater acceptance. This is reflected in my more recent paintings. Some are simply a love of color, not particularly psychological. Others dig deeper. Actually, most dig deeper.
